After completing the batch run for a slide show, the batch can be terminated by clicking OK.
The first image is displayed in full-screen as requested.
Pressing any of the the arrow keyboard shortcuts terminates the show.
Thus, only one image can be displayed.

Re: 8.0.465 problem : slide show
The slide show autoadvances with a time delay you specify in the transformation. Any key kills the slide show. This is a very minimal slide show facility useful perhaps to test out a batch workflow before replacing Slide Show with Export or Print. The separate slide show program has a lot more features.

Re: 8.0.465 problem : slide show
But if the delay time is 0, then only the first image displays? I vaguely recall that arrow keys were moving images back and forth in the Slideshow transformation.
Another comment is that it probably would be good if the Slideshow transformation could remember the images accumulated in batch a little bit longer - the slideshow output appears momentarily when the batch is done, and when it's gone it's gone, or at least I can't figure out how to revive it save for re-running the batch.
The Slideshow may be quite useful to serve as an 'onscreen printer' showing how saved files will look like and perhaps administer changes to the workflow before saving. I overlooked this transformation.

I checked the code and the arrow keys have never worked that way. You must be thinking of the separate Slide Show program. I am thinking of just removing the Slide Show transformation since its features are so minimal. If you want to create a real slide show, just export all the images to a folder and then drop the folder on the Slide Show program icon.

Yes, I saw that after I posted -- have added arrow and esc support to slide show for next release.
