The changes (taken from the update log) are:

You can now override the default names of masks to help identify what the mask does. To assign a caption to a mask, right-click on the Amount mask box and enter the desired text (up to 255 characters). To revert to the default mask caption, clear the caption text. Also, when masks are listed in the candidate mask menu you get by right-clicking an Amount mask box, they are now listed by caption instead of by mask number.

Lines, Arrows, Text Tool: added to ability to place the text box at the beginning, end or middle of the line.
