Run, save, close: is it possible?

For the next release, I added two features:

1) including the keyword exit_when_done in the command line will cause PWP to shut down when it is done processing the last command line argument

2) the settings menu for Export now has a setting to force it to export when executing the transformation as a result of running a script

The combination of these two features seems to provide what you are looking for.
