The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Added the ability to create and use custom brush shapes to the Paint transformation. Please see the revised help file for details. Future releases will extend this feature to the Clone, Detail, Levels and Color and Smudge tools. A full install is required to get one new bitmap.

Autorange transformation: removed RGB color space option – any existing scripts that use it will default to HSV.

Fixed problem that could cause a crash when processing 16-bit black and white images in some rare cases.

Made a code change that should fix a problem with PWP 8 not reading or writing some image file types on Windows 7.
