1) Finalize a Feather setting
2) click on Feather for a 2nd feather application
3) tool re-opens with the previous setting set to a linear scale rather than a center scale

Corrects when capturing the slider with a leftclick-hold-drag-release for the 2nd feather application.

Might be confusing for some.
