Warp and Sharpening

Post by Marpel »

The Help file makes reference to sharpening after a Warp action, but only seems to suggest sharpening when Warp is used for resizing up (and conversely, blurring if resizing down).

Does that mean sharpening is not required, absent enlarging, when something like Keystoning (sp?) is corrected, regardless of the severity of that issue?

Warp does bilinear interpolation which causes a small amount of blur whether you uosample or downsample. It's generally minimal, but the Sharpen transformation will usually compensate for it.
