Suggestion for scrolling without using the keyboard

When using the Clone tool while comparing images, the user must hold down a keyboard key ( Alt ) to scroll the image.

Suggestion :Allow holding down the right mouse button to scroll by dragging.

I appreciate the convenience of scrolling without having to touch the keyboard, but the right mouse button is already assigned to its normal Windows function, namely to bring up a context menu. Alt also works with the mouse scroll wheel to zoom so it would be inconsistent not to use it for scrolling as well.

I am not suggesting to remove the functionality of Alt for scrolling.
I was thinking that the right click could do both, that is bringing the right-click menu, and enabling dragging as long as the mouse button is pressed.

Another possibility is to use the mouse wheel button for scrolling by dragging.
