When specifying the color that is to be changed to, the tip of the arrow does not lie at the center of the cursor cross hairs, but a little shy of this point. It is easy enough to compensate for this discrepancy, but it would be nicer if the two coincided. In most situations, this minor difference is irrelevant, but it matters a lot for color changes very close to pure white.

I will check it out, but FYI for precise adjustments you can zoom in on the color wheel with the + and - buttons at the top of the dialog box.
