An update is available to Version 8.0.147 (14-Sep-2020)

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Opening Raw Files: Output images are now 48-bit color (or 16-bit black and white) instead of 24-bit (or 8-bit) – also disabled auto brightening which was causing some images to be significantly overexposed. Added support for some of the raw metadata fields displayed in Image Info command – LibRaw does not provide access to the others. The full EXIF metadata is filled in when the raw file is saved as a TIFF or JPEG.

Color Management Dialog Box: added settings for Assumed Camera Profiles (color and gray) which are assigned to raw files when they are opened. If you want, you can create a custom profile for your camera if you have a suitable target, by using the Create Profile command.

Reworked the Confirm Profile Conversion dialog box that pops up when there is a mismatch between the file profile and the working color space. You now have the option of converting from a custom profile rather than the embedded file profile. This can be helpful if you are loading a raw file and want to use a particular profile for it other than the Assumed Camera Profile currently set in the Color Management dialog box.
