Web-based help files

Back in March I added the option to support web-based HTML help files since the built-in help viewer could not zoom the text and some users found it hard to read. I discovered recently that you can zoom the text with the built-in help viewer by holding down the Ctrl key and using the mouse scroll wheel. This same method also works for web browsers. Consequently I would like to remove the web-based help option as it is burdensome to maintain along with the chm and pdf versions of help. This would also guarantee you access the help file even if you have no internet connection or if it is very slow. Please let me know if you have any problems with this proposed change.
