For the next release, I removed the Output Image Only and No Change options since nearly all the mask tool require displaying the input image.

I could only get this to happen if, under the Mask setting menu, Input Image Only on Startup was selected. In any case it should be fixed for the next release.

This should be fixed for the next release. The reason the test patterns are not restored after a crash is that the workspace is only saved when a transformation exist by clicking its OK button.
