Re: Zooming after Unsharp Mask Sharpening
No problems today using PWP 8.0.300. I'll remain alert for a recurrence of the problem.

Re: Zooming after Unsharp Mask Sharpening
The misbehavior is not consistent. This time after applying unsharp mask, the scroll wheel no longer zoomed the transformation output, but would with alt depressed. This time, applying a transform to the output of unsharp mask, the output did zoom normally with the scroll wheel.

Zooming after Unsharp Mask Sharpening
Version 8.0.299 After performing an Unsharp Mask Sharpening transformation, zooming with the wheel of my mouse no longer works with any of the transformations that I've tried. Wheel zooming is restored by rebooting the program.

Re: Update Available - Version 8.0.285
Is it possible that the new information that is needed for Re-Save to work could be added to pre-existing scripts by a utility program that would find and update older scripts?

Compare
Is it feasible when using Compare and when the cursor is within the image area, for zooming to retain within the window the part of the image that was under the cursor? That is, for zooming to work as it does in the other transformation windows. (The cursor could become an arrow when it does not ove...

Re: Black and white sliders, tools, masks, and brightness transformation
Your second option sounds like it would help. The documentation on White/Black Curve is pretty complex. When you first start to use the Brightness transformation, say using the White Curve, it is somewhat confusing that the black slider does nothing. For me, what is lost with the present nontranspar...

Black and white sliders, tools, masks, and brightness transformation
I know that there have been posts related to this issue before, but finding that the complex behavior involved with the Brightness Transformation is still present, here are my observations and a possible suggestion. The following illustrates the complexity. Use the Black Curve tool and make a bright...

Re: Masking
Wonderful, it does work as I had envisioned. It would be still nicer if, in addition to being able to undo the previous paint operation by clicking on the undo arrow in the mask window, the same undo could be triggered by right clicking the mouse.

Re: Masking
Mask paint sounds hopeful. Thank you for the suggestion.
