Re: Print Transformation

Thank you for looking into displaying the actual margins. With respect to seeing the image size, perhaps just using full black for the numerals?

Print Transformation

It would be useful to me if, in addition to what it currently displays, the Print Transformation displayed the current distances from the edges of the paper to the edges of the image. At the same time, it would be useful, but less so than the former, if the transformation also displayed the image wi...

Re: Positioning branches in the browser window

I'll send a script if needed. Before I do, try clicking on a transformation that does not use a mask. When you select a transformation using a mask, the branch is properly positioned in the browser window. When you select a transformation not using a mask, I find the positioning to be incorrect.

Re: Scratch removal crashes PWP

I, myself, have also encountered such behavior for the past few years. Because I've never been able to make the behavior reproducible, I've not reported it. About all I can say is that the crashing occurs more often at the end of a long editing session or after PWP has been open for quite a few days...

Positioning branches in the browser window

It would be more convenient for me if when I select a thumbnail in the image browser, the browser would automatically scroll so that I could always see branch of the selected image AND the masks associated with that branch. Currently this does not happen when there are a large number of branches and...

Re: Trouble Cloning With Mask

Thank you for your help. The shift-click was necessary to be able to select the cloning point and see the cloning circle. This didn't occur to me. Is there any way to eliminate this need, or to trigger the appearance of a hint (like displaying a window saying to shift click if I've fruitlessly click...

Re: Trouble Cloning With Mask

Your protocol works fine if the mask is created from within the Clone Transformation. For me, a similar series of steps, but attempting to use a preexisting mask does not work.

Trouble Cloning With Mask

It seems like I should be able to create a mask for an image, then choose the clone transformation, then select the mask to control the amount of cloning, and then proceed to select the source point in the image (cloning from and to the same image) and the target point. However, I am not able to sel...

Speeding Precise Gaussian Blur

I like the backgrounds of my flower images to be highly blurred. Precise Gaussian is fine for this except that it runs very slowly. The following seems to be an effective blurring procedure that, for my images, is about five times faster than Precise Gaussian. Feather a mask of the flower with a rad...
