Normal shipping is by US Priority Mail for domestic orders and Global Priority Mail for international orders. For other options, please call Star-Byte at (800) 243-1515 extension 800.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please do not send checks drawn on foreign banks as our bank will not cash them and your order will be delayed. Please pay only by checks drawn on US banks, by international money order, by credit card or by US currency. We ship international orders via airmail for the same $6.00 shipping and handling fee as for domestic orders.

Our Return Policy

If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied with Picture Window for any reason, simply return it to us along with a short note including your name, address, phone number, and reason for returning the software, and we will issue you a full refund.
