Composite - a zoomed in image does not move in Display Preview

1.Start Composite and load an Overlay image.
2.Click Display Preview button and zoom in the preview window.
3.Use the "hand" to drag the the image within the preview window -> the image will not move but the vertical and horizontal scrollbars will show
the dragging directions.
4.However, using the scrollbars to move the image will not work either.
