Suggestion for Hue Saturation : feather in addition to blur

To control the fading of hue and saturation bins, it would be useful to have a feather control in addition to blur.
This would be similar to the feathering in mask creation.
A positive feather would softly increase the effective color-saturation area, and a negative feather would softly shrink the effective area.
