Batch - Breakpoint overrides Bypass

I run a script in batch. The script contains two transformations that have breakpoints on them (level and crop).
If I try to temporarily bypass those two and run the batch, they are unbypassed and use the breakpoints.
If I remove the breakpoints and they bypass them, they are properly bypassed.
Also, testing that and trying to terminate the batch, I managed to get stuck with the frozen Batch Processing window, but I'm still trying to figure out how to reproduce it.
