Bug fix release 8-Mar-2019

I have posted a new release (8-Mar-2019) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Layout: fixed problems with Fit panel – scale to dimensions and Fit panel – scale 1:1 when changing orientation direction between horizontal and vertical.
