Bug fix release 28.5-Feb-2019

I have posted a new release (28.5-Feb-2019) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Reverted back to old Tile transformation until I can fix some problems making it impossible to set the tile cell for some images.
