New resize transformation

Post by Bernard »

The PWP V4 resize transformation was quite simple to use with its options "Preserve proportions, preserve file size & proportions, etc.." .
I must say I don't fully understand the options in the V5 resize transformation.
For example, I want to increase the height in pixels of an image, without changing the width. Of course the proportions will change...
How do I perform this with resize V5 ?
Thanks,
Bernard

Set the operation to "Fixed width and height". You can enter your dimensions in pixels, inches, cm or mm.

The new Resize dialog works with multiple images, even when they are of different orientations or sizes. For example 'Bounding rectangle' will resize all images to fit within a particular screen area. You can also reduce all images by a percentage, or to achieve a particular image size.
