Tweak request when switching between branches
One thing I like to do is clone a branch so I can toggle back and forth so I can compare changes I've made. The left/right arrow key don't see to work the way I would expect, however. If I go to the actual branch boxes, the left/right arrow keys move as I would expect and move back and forth between...

Stretch transfom missing help topic?
Jonathon -
As always, thanks for your terrific program.
I'm trying to use the 'stretch' transform and the '?' button to get help does not appear to work.
It does fine on other transforms.
Thanks!

Re: Scanned image from 1970's era textured paper question
OK, I cheated on this. I've seen so much hype on AI assisted processing, I decided to try a online trial. The results are amazing. The artifacts (JPEG and paper texture) are gone. Things like our hair (fine detail) lo0k great - not over emphasized, but nice. I'd upload an image, but I don't see a wa...

Scanned image from 1970's era textured paper question
I have a color photo from the 1970's that was printed on a textured paper that was popular at the time, it had a grid-like texture. Does anyone have any ideas how to improve a picture scanned from this type of paper? One thought I had was that a 2D FFT might reveal the spacial frequencies of the pap...

Re: Window position request
So here's what I've done... I made my primary monitor to be my right monitor and my 2nd monitor to be on the left. This seems to work OK and I'll adjust my other work flows for this new monitor arrangement. With this, I can minimize the window overlap and also minimize my mouse movement as I switch ...

Re: Window position request
Jeff - I think your suggestion is good, but it doesn't quite work. I'm on a Win-8 machine and it seems like it really wants to put the menu on the 2nd monitor regardless of whether I select '2nd monitor' or "bottom left" It's the right idea, but seems not quite correct. I have my main PWP ...

Window position request
I'm running a two monitor system and I wish there was a way to tell PWP to remember my window position preferences. I'd like some way to memorize that when I start a new transformation that I want the dialog box to pop up at a certain spot on a certain monitor. This could be a global spot, ie, I wan...

Image stretching suggestion?
I recently looked at the following video that shows selectively stretching portions of an image to enhance or minimize sections of the image, ie, foreground or sky, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cL_zZq4WzoA Is there a way in PWP-8 do achieve similar operations? It seems like Warp is a startin...

Monochrome vs Solid color Filter issue
Note I'm running Win-8, dual monitor... I open the Monochrome tool, select Filter, then select solid color. I see the window called 'Filter Color' with the color cube in the middle. I drag that window to my 2nd monitor and the color cube almost disappears - there's a tiny stripe of it remaining on t...

Multipass Sharpening order
I notice that the results of multi-pass sharpen depend on the order I specify the the sharpening vs the
local contrast enhancement operations, ie, large vs small blur radius operations.
Is there a preferred order that you recommend?
Thanks!
