It is still disquieting dealing with RAW, due to the lengthy conversion.

A preview that did not take the same resources as the conversion, while illustrating the effect of the gamma and contrast changes would be quite helpful. It is a lot easier to incur the wait if the outcome is known.

These settings are not set and forget settings, since for under and overexposed images changes to these settings can go a long way to getting a useable result.

More control over the RAW conversion would be good. It is fundamental to a good image. I do not seem to be able to manipulate except as presets. Am I missing something?
